Pat Merriell: Owner/Broker, REALTOR®
Pat grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and has called the Athens area home since 1980. A stay-at-home mom while her sons David and Alex were growing up, Pat starting working in real estate in 1997. In January, 2009, Pat joined Wil Chandler as a partner in Athens Realty.
Pat is a member of the Board of Directors of Athens County Habitat for Humanity. You may find her occasionally strapping on her tool belt to build with Women Raise the Roof, Habitat's women build coalition.

Ron Polsky : REALTOR®
Ron Polsky moved to Athens over thirty years ago. Before becoming a real estate sales agent in 1990, Ron worked in social services for seventeen years. He and his wife, Madeline Scott, a professor of dance at Ohio University, have lived in Millfield, Ohio since 1986. They have two grown daughters and two grandchildren.
Ron is an avid wood worker, fisherman, and Chicago Cubs fan. He collects toy trains and relaxes with a good crossword puzzle.
Ron enjoys real estate and has a special interest in farms and acreage.

Stephanie Goldsberry : REALTOR®
Stephanie Goldsberry has been an Athens resident since she was five years old. She and her husband, Alan Goldsberry, were raised in Athens and are graduates of Athens High School and Ohio University. Stephanie has long been active in community affairs, having served on Athens City Council and the Ohio Valley Summer Theatre board. Stephanie and Alan are the parents of three grown children and have deep roots and commitment to the Athens community.

Gregg Andrews: REALTOR®
Gregg is a life-long resident of Athens County with over 30 years experience in grant administration with extensive background in housing rehabilitation and residential energy conservation. He has served on the Ohio Department of Development, Office of Housing and Community Partnership, Residential Rehabilitation Standards review committee and is currently a member of the Ohio Department of Development, Office of Energy Efficiency; Minimum Weatherization Program Standards technical review committee.
Gregg is a graduate of Alexander High School and attended Hocking College studying a specialized curriculum of Housing and Community Development. He is an adjunct instructor with Hocking College teaching Real Estate Principles and also instructs First Time Home-Buyers Counseling classes.
Gregg and his wife Susie live in the New Marshfield area. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.
